Oct 2024: New preprint on low rate, titratable Cre/lox recombination in E. coli

Elisa’s manuscript on low rate, titratable Cre/lox recombination in E. coli is out in the bioRxiv. To demonstrate the versatility of this circuit, we developed a recombination-based arsenite biosensor. Check it out here: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.10.02.616356

Aug 2024: New preprint on antagonism in fluctuating environments

We have a new preprint out in the bioRxiv, together with MingYi Wang and Alex Vladimirsky. We show that fluctuating environments may help non-antagonist microbes to survive the competition against antagonist ones. Here’s the link: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.08.09.607393
